Operation PENK is a youth development and mentoring program offered to girls from ages 11-18 throughout the Chicagoland community. Our mission is to empower young ladies by enhancing essential life skills to become the best version of themselves.

Our vision is to prepare, praise, and provide young girls with essential personal and professional skills that they can enforce every day regardless of their background, socioeconomic status, or beliefs. Each mentee will learn how to navigate their life through obstacles, form a sense of self-worth and identity, and create long-lasting relationships. Essentially, mentees will develop into successful women of OP.
